4	oz	Sugar
3	oz	Flour, plain
1	c	Oats, flaked
1	c	Mixed fruit
2	ts	Honey [1 dessertspoon of...]
1/2	tb	Bicarbonate of soda

Melt butter with honey. Add to dry ingredients. Press into swiss roll tin. Bake in moderate oven for 20 minutes [no longer]. Cut into fingers when cold.
